New Normal Appropriate Learning Model: 2NAL Model during COVID-19 Pandemic for Undergraduates of Thai Educational Institutions

Abstract: Due to the serious COVID-19 pandemic and adjustment of educational management in Thailand that caused change learning model from old new normal by online at home, objectives this research were study analyze factors appropriate model: 2NAL during for undergraduates Thai institutions. The method was divided into 2 phases. First phase n o rma l a p r i t e g mo d f discussed 9 experts public In-depth interview used ask opinions about undergraduates. questions clearly structured individual interview. For phase, data analyzed using qualitative analysis. second 1,126 all institutions which provide undergraduate degree across Thailand. instrument questionnaire confirmatory factor analysis phase. New knowledge gained consisted as follows: 1) Content Literacy 2) Intelligence 3) Digital 4) Self Literacy5) Collaborative 6) Curiosity Literacy. results very useful important developing next research.
